Abstract
New organophosphorus compounds utilized as haptens in immunology against organophosphorus compounds, inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase, have been synthesized. These compounds have structures similar to that of the organophosphorus nerve agent VX : [O-ethyl S-(2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl)methylphosphonothioate] by substitution of the S-atom by an O-atom or CH2 group, and by introduction of aryl, alkyl or alkylaryl groups instead of an ethyl group. Keywords
