Abstract
This study reports an attempt to obtain client evaluation of services rendered in face-to-face encounters between service providers and their older clients. Evaluation of the encounter was made by the client, the service provider, and an observer. The findings revealed uniform client satisfaction independent of service provider or observer evaluations. Specific reasons for the lack of variance in client evaluations are provided and policy implications are discussed. Keywords
