Abstract
Presentation of CaseAn 18-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of inability to walk.His development was normal until the age of three and a half years, when he fell and injured the left hip; he walked poorly thereafter, even with the use of braces, and did not go to school. Six months before admission patchy areas of erythema were observed on the face and neck.There was a history of frequent "colds and fevers" in childhood.
