Communication. Use of mercury containing Zeolite A layers on glassy carbon for differential-pulse anodic stripping voltammetry

Abstract
Layers consisting of Hg2+-exchanged Zeolite A and polystyrene formed stable coatings on glassy carbon electrode surfaces. After reduction, the Hg was used for differential-pulse anodic stripping voltammetry and the layers exhibited size-exclusion properties that prevented the adsorption of large organic molecules.
