Abstract
Areas where there is a clear link between genetic factors and drug effects in man are reviewed. Drug-induced hemolysis, drugs and porphyrias, pseudocholinesterase variants, polymorphic acetylation of drugs, resistance to coumarin anticoagulants, taste sensitivities for drugs, and inherited anatomic features that influence drug action are discussed.This publication has 70 references indexed in Scilit:
