Abstract
.Fat bodies of wild type pupae transplanted to appropriate test animals produce v+ sub-stance but not cn+ substance. Wild type Malpighian tubes liberate both v+ and cn+ substances. The modification in eye color produced by cn+ substance depends on the ami. supplied. Tests for release of eye-color substances by cer-tain other organs are summarized. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
