Abstract
Many observations suggest that certain nonprogressive neurologic disorders are the sequelae of intracerebral or intracranial hemorrhage or both, but the role played by these factors as well as hypoxia is difficult to ascertain even at autopsy. As a rule, intracranial bleeding in infants (neonates excluded) and children is secondary to trauma. Some of these children are left with some neurologic deficit, depending upon the site and severity of the breeding and the promptness of therapy. Keywords
