Abstract
2,4,6-Collidine, tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane and 2-amino-2-methyl-l,3-propanediol were stable, easily soluble and inexpensive buffer substances in the range of pH 6.5-9.6, compatible with Ca salts and nontoxic for a number of enzymes tested. Keywords
