Abstract
The catalytic, diastereo- and enantioselective Mannich-type reaction of a hydrazono ester with silyl enol ethers in aqueous media has been successfully achieved with ZnF2, a chiral diamine ligand, and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid.Keywords
