Abstract
The characteristics of a new low-temperature bolometer, insensitive to magnetic fields, are reported. The bolometer consists of an evaporated CdS film with interdigital electrodes, and the underlying mechanism is attributed to preferential electron-trapping influences on the dc photoconductivity. Keywords
