Abstract
Myocardial function and O2 utilization were assessed in dogs undergoing 1 hr. of left coronary artery occlusion and retrograde coronary artery perfusion via the coronary sinus. These studies were performed at normothermia and moderate hypothermia. Results indicate acceptable postoperative myocardial function with this method. The possible clinical applications of this technique are discussed. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
