Abstract
Angiographic demonstration of a traumatic arteriovenous fistula of the first part of the left vertebral artery in a 7-year-old child was followed by its successful operative repair. Unusual characteristics include the age of the patient, the location of the lesion in the first portion of the vertebral artery, and the additional complication of spinal cord injury. Keywords
