Abstract
The effectiveness and efficiency of using follow-up techniques in mail survey research were questioned in the context of a survey of Singapore travel agents. An examination of the responses obtained with and without follow-up suggested that few differences existed, and hence that the resources devoted to follow-up could well be redirected. Keywords
