Retro- und intraperitoneale Lymphfisteln nach Semikastration und transperitonealer Lymphadenektomie bei Hodentumoren

Abstract
In 65 semicastrations and lymphadenectomies in patients with germinative testicular tumors with an overall low rate of intra- and postoperative complications and a zero-operative mortality, we found complications of the lymphatic system in three cases. One patient had an iliac lymphocele with no clinical symptoms. In another patient we found a retroperitoneal lymphocele and in a third patient a lymph fistula originating from the retroperitoneal space with chyle in the peritoneal cavity. Development, symptoms, the rather simple diagnostic measures and treatment of the postoperative lymphocele and chylascites are discussed.
