Abstract
A novel null detector circuit is described. The circuit has an ac output waveform and exhibits a theoretically perfect null regardless of the nature of finite transistor current gain, parasitic base resistance and output resistance. With the correct choice of circuit elements, the null point is determined by operating temperature, and is linearly dependent on the product of a dc bias current and a single resistance. Keywords
