Abstract
Rhinocyllus conicus exhibited ovipositional preference for Carduus nutans over C. acanthoides in cage studies both in the field and the greenhouse. Field observations of an established weevil colony also showed that oviposition was better synchronized with C. nutans than with C. acanthoides at a site where both thistles were present. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
