Abstract
Chylothorax is a very rare complication of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia: we describe an 81‐year‐old woman with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia complicated by chylothorax. Treatment with mediastinal irradiation and chemotherapy was unsuccessful. The pleural effusion resolved after talc pleurodesis. Keywords
