Abstract
Sixteen patients with intermittent heart block were treated for up to 10 months with 3 different types of fully implanted pacemakers which are triggered by spontaneous ventricular activity. No competition has occurred and pacing has regularly started when necessary. The reliability of these units was satisfactory as demand pacing for patients with fluctuating sinus rhythm and heart block. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
