Abstract
Adipositas cordis is a very rare disorder, characterized by fatty infiltration of myofibers. It has been related to dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and obesity. In this report, however, we present a non-obese patient, presenting with a restrictive syndrome and showing massive infiltration of adipocytes in the interventricular septum, proving adipositas cordis. Keywords
