Abstract
Phaseshifts in the Coulomb two-centre problem of quantum mechanics are calculated and their asymptotic expansions are found in the limit of large and small distances between the charges. The asymptotic expansions for these phaseshifts are compared with the results of direct numerical calculations. The relationships between the one- and two-centre phaseshifts are considered. Keywords
