Abstract
Les constituants radioactifs d’échantillons de sang, d’urine et de bile de rats Wistar, après administration intraveineuse de3H-Stiripentol ont été analysés, parallèlement à des spécimens de foie, de poumon, de reins, de testicules, de coeur, de cerveau, de cervelet, et de moelle épinière. Ces recherches ont donné les résultats suivants: le3H-Stiripentol est absorbé et métabolisé quantitativement et rapidement par par ces rats Wistar, par suite d’une métabolisation intense par le foie. Le cervelet et la moelle épinière accumulent la radioactivité probablement en relation avec les effets pharmacologiques de la drogue. The radioactive constituents of blood, urine, and bile specimens from Wistar Rats, following intraveinous administration of3H-Stiripentol were analyzed, in parallel with samples of: liver, lung, kidneys, testis, heart, brain, cerebellum, and medulla. These investigations yielded the following results:3H-Stiripentol was quantitatively and rapidly absorbed and metabolized by Wistar rats, due to intense metabolism in the liver. The cerebellum and medulla accumulated radioactivity, which was probably related to the pharmacological effects of this drug.Keywords
