Abstract
Simple fracture of the nasal bone can be reduced under local or general anaesthesia. A combination of topical anaesthetic (EMLA cream) and cocainization of the nasal mucosa was used successfully in manipulation of fractured nasal bones in twelve patients without discomfort.Keywords
