Abstract
Double-blind trial on 20 hay fever cases with 3 agents (chlorpheniramine maleate, 3-dimethylamine-l-phenyl-l-paratolyl propane HC1, and B-hydroxy-ethylquarternary chloride of promethazone) against a lactose placebo. Significant relief of nasal symptoms was observed with all three, best with the first named component. No significant effect was registered for ophthalmic complaints. Keywords
