Abstract
A summary of 22 patients with severe nocturnal enuresis were treated with desmopressin in a randomised double-blind cross-over study. Treatment with 20 and 40 .mu.g was highly effective compared with placebo. No difference in dry nights was found between the 2 dosages. Desmopressin proved to be a safe and effective treatment. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
