Abstract
An unusual neurological complication of infectious mononucleosis was reported in which an isolated partial right oculomotor nerve palsy unaccompanied by changes in the cerebro-splnal fluid preceded involvement of the reticuloendothelial system by a month. It was suggested that in cases of acquired oculomotor nerve palsies of undetermined cause a heterophile agglutination test be performed. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
