The condensed phase portion of the In‐P‐O equilibrium phase diagram has been determined using a combination of thermodynamic calculations and binary mixture reaction experiments. The diagram can be used as a guide for studying the thermal oxidation of and for predicting patterns for thermally induced reactions between and its native oxides.
