Abstract
The dynamics of pregnancy are unique when it occurs after a long period of infertility, with months or years of sophisticated medical treatment. Social workers need to keep pace with these impressive medical advances by becoming aware of the special psychosocial needs that pregnancy can cause in previously infertile couples.Keywords
