Abstract
This report describes a reversible, systemic disturbance that included bilateral internal opththalmoplegia, methacholine chloride (Mecholyl) hypersensitivity, and areflexia. Although some aspects of the syndrome have been observed previously (classic Adie's syndrome), the systemic disturbances and reversibility have not been reported previously. The etiology remains obscure. Keywords
