Abstract
The complete set of adiabatic elastic constants for beta-quartz have been obtained for a series of temperatures ranging from 580°C to 800°C. The elastic moduli were computed from the elastic constants and are compared with the adiabatic and isothermal values which have been determined by others.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
