Abstract
The current system of early intervention services must respond to a dramatically increasing population of culturally diverse infants and toddlers with disabilities. A series of model parent and professional education and training projects for Asian, African-American, and Latino populations in California are thus described in this article. Their development and respective program methodologies serve as a guide for establishing similar resources in other regions of the country.Keywords
