Abstract
In a double-blind comparative trial utilizing the double-placebo method, depressed neurotic patients whose effective titrated dose of desipramine hydrochloride was 75, 100 or 150 mg were maintained, with equal efficacy, on once-a-day or multiple daily dose regimens. The safety of the once-a-day maintenance regimen (as measured by vital signs, laboratory tests, ECG and clinical adverse reactions) is comparable to the safety of the multiple daily dose regimen. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
