Abstract
Summary Piperazine citrate syrup was used in the treatment of 120 patients harboring Enterobius vermicularis with highly effective therapeutic results. Fourteen consecutive days of treatment was more effective than 10 days of therapy or the split 14-day regime consisting of 7 days' treatment, 7 days' rest, followed by another 7 days of therapy. In the dosage employed no side effects or toxicity were encountered. Keywords
