Abstract
This report describes the successful application of indirect immunofluorescent analysis to the defection of selective antineuronal nuclear antibodies present in the sera of patients with myasthenia gravis. Because some commercial fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled antihuman gamma globulins possess antinuclear binding capacity, it is necessary to demonstrate that such reactivity is not present in the antihuman FITC-IgA, IgG, or IgM used for evaluating the sera from patients with myasthenia gravis. Keywords
