Abstract
An exact site-model calculation of the zero-field magnetic susceptibility in both annealed and quenched limits of an impure one-dimensional classical Heisenberg chain, published recently by Tonegawa, Shiba, and Pincus, is extended to the general case where factors of different kinds of constituent magnetic ions differ from one another.
