Abstract
Ovarian carcinoma was diagnosed in seven women, four of whom were sisters, and was suspected in three other relatives. To our knowledge, this is the third reported familial aggregation of ovarian cancer with a pattern suggestive of transmission by a dominant gene or a polygenic mechanism.Keywords
