Abstract
Tagged steroids are spectro-scopically detected and estimated in small vols. (0.04 ml. containing 25 [mu]g. total steroid) in the presence of large excess of non-tagged steroids by differences in infrared spectrum. Absorption bands circa 2150 cm.-1 in tagged steroids are of particular value because this region is transparent in the absence of deuterium. Keywords
