Abstract
A new Group B arbovirus was isolated from the blood and tissues of a cotton rat (Sigmodon hispidus) collected in south Florida. The new virus, for which the name Cowbone Ridge virus is proposed, was characterized and its serologic relationship to other Group B arboviruses shown.Keywords
