Eimeria korros and E. modesta spp. n. (Protozoa: Eimeriidae) from a Snake and a Tree Shrew in South Vietnam

Abstract
Two new coccidia are described from vertebrates of Vietnam: Eimeria korros sp. n. from a snake, Ptayas korros, and Eimeria modesta sp. n. fromthe tree shrew, Tupaia glis modesta. Endogenous reproduction of the snake Eimeria occurred in the gall bladder epithelium; in the tree shrew, endogenous stages were found in the terminal ileum.
