Abstract
Oral administration of sodium–2,3–dimercaptopropane–l–sulphonate leads to a substantially increased urinary excretion of intravenously injected methyl mercury in rat and proved to be clearly superior to equimolar doses of N–acetyl–D, L–homocysteinethiolactone and D–penicillamine. Keywords
