Abstract
The authors apply the concepts of Boszormenyi-Nagy's contextual family therapy to the family treatment of victims of incest. Intergenerational bonds of loyalty and indebtedness are stressed, as is the therapist's goal of increasing mutual empathy between the victim and the victimizer. Case examples are provided. Keywords
