Political Participation as a Function of Internal-External Locus of Control

Abstract
The aim was to determine whether a person's political participation is a function of his “locus of control.” Ss completed Rotter's I-E scale (1966), a political activity scale, and a self-rating of political activity. Political participation was positively correlated with internal locus of control.Keywords
