Abstract
A case is presented which shows most of the various pathologic findings which have been described from time to time by writers on this subject, namely, cirrhosis of the liver, splenomegaly, thrombosis, varicosities and dilatation of the splenic vein, and multiple aneurysms and tortuosity of the splenic artery.Keywords
