Abstract
The herbicides dinoseb and dinoseb + MSMA were evaluated for effects on insect and spider populations when applied as recommended for weed control in cotton. These herbicides showed some insecticidal activity against thrips, Frankliniella spp., and tarnished plant bug nymphs, Lygus linealaris (Palisot de Beauvois). Other arthropod populations evaluated were not affected by the herbicide treatments. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
