Abstract
Radiological and clinical evidence of acute necrosis in a meningioma following one cycle of chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, folinic acid, and levamisole was observed in a patient being treated for invasive rectal carcinoma. The possible mechanisms and implications of this occurrence are discussed.Keywords
