Abstract
A conservative method is presented for the treatment of esophageal perforation where the diagnosis was delayed. A system of tubes is described which allows the patient to be fed and at the same time prevents swallowed material from reaching the fistula. A case is reported which was successfully managed using the method. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
