Abstract
A nonlinear theory of ferromagnetic transmission resonance in the case in which the static and microwave fields are mutually parallel and parallel to the sample surface is outlined. Its predictions are compared to experimental results obtained for iron and nickel. The theory predicts strong subharmonic generation of possible practical use. Keywords
