Abstract
Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SHML) is a disorder of unknown origin which is only infrequently associated with lymphoid neoplasms. We report the first two cases of Hodgkin's disease with simultaneous SHML-like changes in the same lymph node.Keywords
