Abstract
Excitation energies, spins, and parities have been determined for in (HI, ) reactions up to . Three isomers with ns ( keV, ), 9.9 ns ( keV, ), and 1.6 ns ( keV, ) have been found. The factor of the second isomeric state was measured to be .. The present experimental data compares well with microscopic calculations which imply an oblate shape for at high angular momenta ().
