Abstract
The Dirac Hamiltonian with an equivalent oscillator potential introduced by Swamy is discussed from the point of view of group theory. It is shown to possess an SO(4) × SU(2) invariance group and an SO(4,1) × SU(2) noninvariance group. Keywords
