Abstract
The radiation frequency of an electromagnetic wave from a spatial periodically biased photoconducting antenna array can be electrically scanned by varying the periodicity of the bias voltage on the antennas. Over 900 GHz frequency tuning bandwidth has been demonstrated.Keywords
